A. Michelle has been in the music business for over 20 years.

A. Michelle, along with her partner Al Gomes, is the founder of Big Noise, an international music production and artist development firm. Big Noise has overseen the release of 250+ recordings of diverse musical genres. They have managed each and every project from concept to completion including assistance with establishing the budget for each project, choice of the artist's material, hands-on A&R direction in the studio, art direction and design of recording package, manufacturing of finished CD, and the publicity, marketing and distribution of the release.

A. Michelle was part of the team that helped launch Christina Aguilera's career. After Christina was discovered by her colleague Steve Kurtz, A. Michelle served as Director of Online Entertainment and Marketing for Christina and her company, Three Wishes Productions, Inc., working as her publicist and webmaster, as well as being her biographer and archivist. In addition, A. Michelle has produced two singles for Aguilera ( 'Holiday With Christina' and 'What A Valentine Wants').

She also conceived and produced American Idol's Katharine McPhee's Christmas single, 'A Gift to You.'

A. Michelle has also worked with The Beach Boys, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Chicago, Billy Gilman, Nils Lofgren, Little Anthony and the Imperials, Andrew McCarthy, Tiffani Thiessen, Stephen Collins, Paul Doucette (Matchbox 20), and many other great artists.

Big Noise has produced 26 award-winning CD compilations including CDs for First Night Boston and the National Association of College Broadcasters (which featured R.E.M., Anthrax, Primus, Cowboy Junkies, Henry Rollins, Cracker, Eve's Plum, Luscious Jackson, and Mazzy Star). The NACB CD received Print Magazine's annual 'CD Design Award.'

A. Michelle's work has earned Big Noise gold and platinum awards from the Recording Industry Association of America, in addition to other major awards.

A. Michelle is a full voting and nominating member of the National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences (The Grammy Awards).

A. Michelle produced the original motion picture soundtrack CD for actor Andrew McCarthy's directorial debut 'News for the Church' which became an Official Grammy Ballot Finalist for 'Best Compilation for A Motion Picture' at the 2004 Grammy Awards.

She has also produced original motion picture soundtrack CDs for first-time film directors and producers Tiffani Thiessen ('Just Pray') and Tori Spelling ('Le Chase') which also received recognition from the Grammy Nomination Committees.

A. Michelle is an accomplished children's book illustrator and her recent book, 'The Good Samaritan' was published by Pockets of Learning Press. Her work has appeared in Quix Art Quarterly, The Newport Review, and various art and literary publications. She is a member of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators (SCBWI). She has been a featured storyteller at a variety of different festivals and venues including the Johnnycake Storytelling Festival and Tellabration US, a synchronous festival that happens simultaneously in multiple cities throughout the US annually.

A. Michelle is also a performing and recording artist in her own right. She is a sound healer who channels Sacred Sound in harmony with a variety of instruments - including flutes, bowls, bells, and drums. She conducts private healing sessions, ceremonial and sacred soundings, vocal workshops, drum circles, and guided meditations. "What I do in my practice is to create sounds - largely harmonious - in concert with sacred instruments such as Himalayan singing bowls and Native American flutes. Harmonious sounds support a laminar flow in the human energy field that listeners can experience as vibrant health and well being. Properly grounded, and focused in love, the sound that comes through me is highly transformational and can assist with raising the healing vibrations of both the singer and the audience. I am extremely lucky to have received this gift and am honored to share it."

In 2008, she was commissioned by Sacred Britain, Inc. to record a theme song, 'Michael and Mary' (http://www.myspace.com/drumsinger2) for their annual Earth Spirit Conference to be used in their signature presentation on Sacred Stone Circles and Monuments. Her current CD ‘Opening’ is a live recording comprising selections from recent sound healing sessions.
